Our Mission Statement
- To consider the needs and wishes of the child/young person first and to treat them with respect at all times.
- To provide parents/carers with a break during school holidays.
- To provide opportunities for disabled children/young people to try a number of new activities allowing them to learn from this experience and gain self-confidence.
- To provide a choice of activities to suit a wide range of preferences and to enable children and young people to have fun in a safe environment.
- To promote the inclusion of disabled children and young people into mainstream life through friendship with volunteers and other young people.
- To be sensitive to the differing cultural needs of the children, young people and volunteers who attend our schemes.
- To provide volunteers on a one-to-one basis.
- To ensure that volunteers are given the relevant training and are well supported.
- To promote equal opportunities for all and to raise disability awareness.
